Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Brand Ambassador to promote sales through education of vendor products and on-site demonstrations. You will engage the public, showcase app features, and guide users from download to a live demo on device.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, strong verbal communication, and a genuine passion for technology. The role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends during the holiday period.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role such as brand ambassador, promotions, sales, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach the public to introduce them to our new mobile application.
• Deliver clear product demonstrations to individuals and small groups.
• Guide users from app download to setup and experiencing key features on a demo device.
• Serve as on-site brand presence, coordinating with venue contacts for activations.
• Transport, set up, and break down marketing assets at activation sites.
• Troubleshoot on-site logistical challenges to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor KPIs like consumer engagement and interaction quality.
• Gather field data and consumer feedback for senior management.
• Represent the Google brand with professionalism, energy, and positivity at all times.
