Job summary

Acosta Group seeks an Associate to perform in-store product demonstrations and engage customers with knowledge of featured brands. You will prepare, serve, and break down samples, while maintaining a professional appearance and a clean workstation in a retail setting.

The role emphasizes proactive consumer interaction, clear communication of product benefits, and accurate completion of event-related tasks. This is a part-time, on-site position with potential travel and company-mandated dress

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handler permits may be required.
• Physical Demands: Standing/walking, lifting up to 25 pounds (50 occasional), exposure to cleaning products, etc.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
• Work Environment: Retail store environment with limited travel.
• Language Skills: English is primary; bilingual may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage consumers to demonstrate and sell products in-store.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers.
• Prepare and serve samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table for demonstrations and ensure 100% execution of tasks.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections as needed.
