Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Brand Ambassador to promote our mobile app and educate consumers through engaging demonstrations. You will be the primary on-site brand presence at activations, working with venue contacts and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

You will demonstrate app features, guide users from download to setup, collect feedback, and report KPIs. This role offers part-time hours, training, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic experiential

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience showcasing latest features and demonstrating for consumers.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• A passion for technology and creating positive brand experiences.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in indoor environments.
• Flexible schedule with weekdays, evenings and weekends availability.
• High energy when engaging with consumers about technology.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively approach the public to introduce our app.
• Deliver clear product demonstrations to individuals and small groups.
• Guide users through app download, setup and feature demos.
• Serve as on-site brand presence and coordinate with venue contacts.
• Transport, set up, and break down marketing assets.
• Troubleshoot on-site logistics to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor KPIs like engagement and interaction quality.
• Gather field data and photos to share with management.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and energy.
