Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Tech Business Analyst for a 12+ month engagement in Pennington, NJ. The role supports development teams working in .Net and Db2, but the BA should understand the tech and the underlying architecture, not just documentation, within an Agile environment.

Must have SQL skills, familiarity with wealth management projects (401k, equity, swaps), and experience with application architecture to understand data flows and system connections.

Job Title: Tech BA

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Pennington, NJ

Required Pay Scale:

• - $53-$56 per hour

Job Summary:

• The development teams are working in .Net and Db2, but the BA will not need specific knowledge of .Net or DB2. Just have enough technical savvy to understand what is going on with the applications and not just create the documentation, but understand it as well.
• Agile environment background
• Financial services - Wealth Management, 401k or retirement projects, equity, swaps, etc.
• Experience with application architecture. Understanding the designs, flows, "know how systems work under the hood and how all the tech connects"
