Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with business users and project teams to capture current-state processes, document requirements and application dependencies, and drive initiatives forward with clear process artifacts.

The position is a 12-month contract with hybrid work – onsite as needed in Audubon. The role requires strong documentation, agile experience, and the ability to lead tasks to completion. Compensation ranges from $34.24 to $52.82 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of relevant BA experience.
• Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience leading tasks to completion in agile environments.
• Experience working with business and technical staff to define and track software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of business functions and processes.
• Document, review and update business process requirements.
• Serve as liaison between clients and project teams.
• Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
• Document and track problems to propose future efficiencies.
• Assist project manager with scheduling and coordination of milestones.
• Communicate effectively with team and project manager.
• Support testing and deployments as needed.
• Create training materials for end users.

Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you'll partner with business users and project teams to capture current-state processes, document requirements and application dependencies, and help drive initiatives forward with clear, accurate, and usable process artifacts.

Job Details

Duration: 12 months contract with potential extension

Pay Rate: $34.24-$52.82

Hybrid - only as needed onsite - Audubon PA

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business functions and processes
• Document, review and update business process requirements based on team members' and client's feedback
• Serve as a business liaison between clients and project teams to help understand user interaction
• Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels
• Document and track problems in client business systems or processes to provide recommendations for future efficiencies
• Assist project manager maintaining project schedule and coordination of team work towards project milestones
• Strong communication skills in working with a team and providing in time updates to project manager
• Assist team in getting the current deliverable in a timely manner; Jump in and assist where needed to accomplish tasks such as testing and deployments
• Ability to develop/update/deliver training materials for end users

Required Skills and Experience

• B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 15 years of relevant experience
• Someone who is energetic and passionate about their work, extremely positive and solution driven
• Detail oriented
• Ability to lead assigned tasks to completion
• Excellent requirements gathering skills and experience
• Listening to customers and understanding their current processes and needs
• Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision
• Experience working on crossfunctional teams, on projects in a matrixed environment
• Experience working with business and technical staff to define, document, and track software requirements and design
• Most recent roles should show increasing responsibility as BA in agile environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Skilled at documentation best practices such as using revision history/version control
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
