Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging is seeking an experienced Technologist Assistant to join our patient-focused team at the Winston-Salem outpatient imaging center. This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Under direction of the Radiology Medical Director, you will support staff, streamline patient flow, and uphold imaging safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging is seeking an experienced Technologist Assistant to join our patient-focused team!

Position Status: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: outpatient imaging center in Winston-Salem, NC

JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director and/or the Technologist, the Technologist Assistant:

• Is responsible for supporting the radiology staff and providing the first clinical point of contact for patients.
• Facilitates the patient flow to minimize patient wait times and maximize the utilization of resources.
• Demonstrates competence with all imaging safety compliance initiatives.
• Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.
