Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging is seeking an experienced Technologist Assistant to join our patient-focused team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will be the first clinical contact, supporting radiology staff and helping to streamline patient flow.

The role emphasizes imaging safety and teamwork within an outpatient imaging center, with a full benefits package and competitive compensation. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.

Position Status: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: outpatient imaging center in Winston-Salem, NC

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director and/or the Technologist, the Technologist Assistant:

• Is responsible for supporting the radiology staff and providing the first clinical point of contact for patients.
• Facilitates the patient flow to minimize patient wait times and maximize the utilization of resources.
• Demonstrates competence with all imaging safety compliance initiatives.
• Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.

Requirements

EDUCATION:
