Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate’s degree in software development, computer science, or related field.
• Graduation from a technical bootcamp focused on full‑stack development or app development.
• Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle) with hands‑on project experience.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET, Kotlin, TypeScript, C#, Python, or Go.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Git, and basic debugging.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding to learn the tech function and build essential skills.
• Grow through workshops, trainings, and continued education options.
• Engage with the tech function via hands‑on projects and real‑world challenges.
• Collaborate with software/app developers to build, test, and maintain applications.
• Engage with mentors and cross‑functional partners on collaborative initiatives.
