Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Technology Advisory Consulting Senior Manager to lead complex engagements and advise executive clients on technology strategy, IT transformation, private equity advisory, and broader digital initiatives.

You will guide multi-year roadmaps, IT due diligence, vendor selections, and IT PMO efforts while mentoring teams and helping deliver client outcomes across manufacturing, distribution, and other sectors. Hybrid/remote options and travel will apply.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, or digital transformation.
  • Experience supporting private equity clients and leading complex technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and data analytics.
  • Proven leadership and business development experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Hybrid or remote work arrangement and willingness to travel 25–50%.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, COBIT, CISSP, AWS, Azure) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead and oversee multiple complex client engagements.
  • Develop technology strategies, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Manage project delivery, risk mitigation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead IT due diligence and M&A integration engagements for private equity clients.
  • Support business development, proposal efforts, and practice growth initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop consulting team members.
  • Present findings and executive updates to leadership teams.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and digital transformation trends.
