Zusammenfassung

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Supply Chain Services Tech I to support distribution within our facility. You will ensure timely delivery of supplies to department areas and maintain perpetual inventory records within the Lawson system.

The role requires a HS diploma, up to 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to operate standard warehouse equipment. This is an on-site position supporting our Dallas campus and broader Supply Chain operations.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Adequate math skills for inventory tasks.
• Ability to operate handling equipment such as hand-trucks, pallet jacks, and similar devices.

• Delivers products to facility departments accurately and on schedule.
• Performs all replenishment and distribution processes within the Lawson System with accuracy.
• Maintains organized work area and supports cross-training opportunities.
• Monitors supply par inventory trends and adjusts as directed by supervisor/manager/director.
• Checks items for correct catalog numbers, quantities, expiration dates, and sizes.
• Enters replenishment data in the Lawson System and resolves related issues/Returns.
• Tracks inventory data including back-orders, manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, recalls, and lot numbers.
• Participates in inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate quantities-on-hand.
• Performs patient-charging functions as instructed.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Services Tech I performs key supply distribution roles in Supply Chain Services and the facility. This person ensures consistent and accurate delivery of supplies to department areas. They engage in Perpetual Inventory maintenance and documentation. This person will perform other necessary Supply Chain Services distribution roles as assigned.

Essential Functions Of The Role

• Performs par replenishment functions in an efficient and timely way.
• Performs consistent and timely delivery of products to facility departments.
• Performs all replenishment and distribution processes within the Lawson System with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintains orderly and organized work area to help efficient processes and staff cross-training opportunities.
• Maintains ownership of supply par inventory volume trends and makes adjustments as directed by appropriate Supply Chain Supervisor/Manager/Director.
• Checks supplies for condition of products, correct catalog numbers, quantities, expiration dates, and sizes of items.
• Enters par replenishment information accurately in the Lawson System. Processes and resolves all necessary Lawson Issues/Returns accurately.
• Ensures accurate tracking of supply data such as back-orders, manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, product recalls, lot numbers, etc. as needed.
• Engages in problem-solving to ensure accurate inventory Quantities-on-Hand. Performs inventory cycle counts and ensures accurate Quantities-on-Hand in replenishment areas.
• Performs all necessary patient‑charging functions as instructed by SCS Supervisor/Manager/Director.
