• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak-period overtime as needed.

Position Summary

The Operations Team Lead I - 2nd Shift oversees daily warehouse operations for an assigned shift or functional area, ensuring tasks are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting workflow, training staff, and maintaining communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Coursework or certifications in logistics, warehouse operations, or leadership.
• 2+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items - often 30-50 lbs regularly, and occasionally heavier depending on the role.

• Operating or working around machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor systems (with appropriate training).
• Tolerating varying environmental conditions, like hot, cold, or noisy warehouse spaces.
