HEIDELBERG sucht eine Teamleitung für Industrial Engineering / Technologieberatung. Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für ein hochspezialisiertes Team, gestalten die technologische Weiterentwicklung sowie die digitale Transformation des Unternehmens.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungs- und Produktionserfahrung mit, verfügen über starke betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und eine Hands-on-Mentalität, um innovative Technologien voranzutreiben. Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Führung sowie im Bereich Produktionstechnik und mechanische Fertigungsverfahren.
• Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse.
• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Coaching-Kompetenz sowie strategisches Denkvermögen.
• Hands-on-Mentalität mit Umsetzungsstärke.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Stakeholdermanagement.
• Innovationsfreude und Begeisterung für moderne Technologien.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung von Simultanious-Engineering-Prozessen.
• Definition und Umsetzung einer IT-, KI- und Cloud-Strategie.
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams und Organisationsentwicklung.
• Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister.
• Etablierung von Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsstandards sowie Budget-, Zeit- und Qualitätskontrolle.
• Aktive Kommunikation auf Management-Ebene und Präsentation von Roadmaps.

Der Bereich Industrial Engineering innerhalb der Organisationseinheit Operations verantwortet die produktionsgerechte Gestaltung und Standardisierung unserer neuen Produkte. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für ein hochspezialisiertes Team und gestalten aktiv die technologische Weiterentwicklung sowie die digitale Transformation unseres Unternehmens.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Technologieberatung
• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung leistungsfähiger Simultanious-Engineering-Prozesse
• Definition und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten IT-, KI- und Cloud-Strategie
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams sowie Weiterentwicklung der Organisation
• Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister
• Etablierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsstandards
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Budget-, Zeit- und Qualitätszielen im verantworteten Bereich
• Kommunikation auf Management-Ebene sowie Präsentation von technologischen Roadmaps

Unsere Anforderungen

• Überdurchschnittlich erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom)
• Hohe Expertise im Bereich der Produktionstechnik, insbesondere der mechanischen Fertigungsverfahren
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der Betriebswirtschaftslehre
• Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Coaching-Kompetenz sowie strategisches Denkvermögen
• Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
• Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Stakeholdermanagement auf allen Ebenen
