Infosys is seeking a Teamcenter Techno-Functional SME focused on Compliance Management. You will lead design, configuration, and support of Teamcenter compliance across substance, material, environmental, supplier, and country-of-origin requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong regulatory knowledge with hands-on Teamcenter expertise, collaborating with engineering, regulatory, quality, and IT teams to deliver scalable compliance solutions.

  • Strong techno-functional experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Teamcenter Compliance Management capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of product, substance, material, environmental, and supplier compliance processes.
  • Knowledge of REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, SCIP, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with Teamcenter product structures, BOMs, materials, parts, suppliers, workflows, and reporting.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into Teamcenter configurations and business processes.
  • Experience conducting workshops and preparing functional and technical specifications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with regulatory, engineering, supply-chain, quality, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate regulatory and business requirements into Teamcenter functional and technical solutions.
  • Design, configure, implement, test, and support Teamcenter compliance-management features.
  • Define compliance data models, attributes, workflows, business rules, validations, reports, and approval processes.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into product-development and release processes.
  • Identify compliance risks affecting parts, materials, suppliers, assemblies, and product BOMs.
  • Collaborate with Teamcenter development and integration teams to deliver scalable compliance solutions.
  • Support system testing, user-acceptance testing, production deployment, user training, and post-production support.
  • Troubleshoot compliance data, configuration, workflow, reporting, and integration issues.
  • Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, test cases, and user guides.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Techno-Functional SME specializing in Compliance Management capabilities. The candidate will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Teamcenter compliance solutions covering substance, material, environmental, supplier, and country-of-origin requirements.

The role requires strong functional knowledge of product compliance regulations combined with hands‑on Teamcenter technical expertise. The SME will work closely with engineering, product development, supply chain, regulatory, quality, supplier‑management, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Teamcenter techno-functional SME for Compliance Management capabilities.
  • Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops with regulatory, engineering, supply‑chain, quality, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate regulatory and business requirements into Teamcenter functional and technical solutions.

Compliance Management Responsibilities
Substance Compliance
  • Configure and support regulatory compliance requirements, including REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, SCIP, and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintain restricted, prohibited, reportable, and approved substance information.
  • Evaluate parts, materials, assemblies, and products against applicable substance regulations.
Material Compliance
  • Track material composition and approved substances used in parts and finished products.
  • Manage material declarations, composition data, exemptions, thresholds, and compliance statuses.
  • Ensure material‑level compliance information is accurately rolled up through product structures and BOMs.
  • Verify that products meet environmental and regulatory requirements before approval or release.
  • Define compliance checks, validation rules, workflows, and release controls.
Country‑of‑Origin Management
  • Manage country‑of‑origin information and declarations for parts, materials, and assemblies.
  • Support sourcing, supplier, trade‑compliance, and regulatory‑reporting requirements.
  • Ensure country‑of‑origin data is complete, accurate, and traceable.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain supplier compliance declarations, certifications, and supporting documents.
  • Track missing, incomplete, expired, or rejected supplier declarations.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and supplier‑quality teams to resolve compliance gaps.
Audit and Traceability
  • Maintain complete traceability of compliance declarations, certifications, approvals, changes, and supporting documentation.
  • Configure audit trails and revision controls to support internal and regulatory inspections.
  • Ensure compliance decisions and exceptions are properly documented and retrievable.
Compliance Reporting
  • Design and generate regulatory reports, compliance certificates, customer declarations, and management dashboards.
  • Support reporting for substances, materials, suppliers, parts, product structures, and BOM compliance.
  • Ensure reports contain accurate and auditable compliance information.
  • Identify non‑compliant or high‑risk parts, materials, suppliers, assemblies, and BOMs early in product development.
  • Configure alerts, workflows, dashboards, and escalation processes for compliance risks.
  • Support corrective actions and resolution tracking before product release.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong techno‑functional experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting Teamcenter Compliance Management capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of product, substance, material, environmental, and supplier compliance processes.

  • Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, SAP, supplier portals, material databases, or regulatory systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance‑data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Experience creating compliance dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, testing, release‑management, and production‑support processes.
  • Maintain restricted, prohibited, reportable, and approved substance information.
  • Evaluate parts, materials, assemblies, and products against applicable substance regulations.
