Job summary

SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a seasoned Teamcenter Manufacturing specialist for a hybrid role with travel to Fremont, CA twice monthly. You will lead end-to-end TC Mfg implementations, define MBOM/EBOM structures, and implement BOP/BOE while ensuring cross-functional alignment with SAP and MES systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of overall experience, strong Teamcenter expertise, and a track record of data modeling, process planning, and mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in PLM/Manufacturing IT implementations.
• Strong Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) expertise and end-to-end project leadership.
• Experience defining MBOM/EBOM structures and process planning.
• Ability to mentor team members and drive best practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter Manufacturing solutions.
• Configure MBOM structures aligned with EBOM.
• Define and implement BOP and BOE in Teamcenter.
• Create and manage process plans, operations, resources, and plant structures.
• Configure MPP and shop-floor data alignment.
• Ensure data consistency between engineering, manufacturing, and execution systems.
• Perform data modeling, structure creation, and validation in Teamcenter.
• Translate as-is manufacturing processes into system configuration.
• Prepare functional specs, configuration documents, and process flows.
• Support SAP and MES integration alignment.
• Manage lifecycle states, revisions, and data quality.
• Collaborate with integration, SAP, and business teams for end-to-end consistency.
• Support SIT/UAT cycles, test case validation, and issue resolution.
• Track tasks using Azure DevOps and mentor the team on Teamcenter best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) solutions
• Configure and manage MBOM structures aligned with EBOM
• Define and implement BOP (Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment) in Teamcenter
• Create and manage process plans, operations, resources, and plant structures
• Configure Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP) and shop-floor relevant data
• Ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and execution data
• Perform data modeling, structure creation, and validation within Teamcenter
• Analyze as-is/to-be manufacturing processes and translate them into system configuration
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows
• Support integration alignment with SAP and MES systems
• Ensure proper handling of effectivity, revisions, and lifecycle states
• Identify gaps, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution
• Collaborate with integration, SAP, and business teams for end-to-end consistency
• Support SIT/UAT cycles, including test case validation and issue resolution
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to defined standards
• Manage tasks and track progress using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to Teamcenter best practices
