Job summary

Teknikoz is seeking a Teamcenter Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge engineering processes with Teamcenter PLM delivery in a global program. You will gather requirements, design workflows, configure EBOM structures, and ensure adoption across IT and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on BMIDE and Active Workspace experience, strong CAD data management knowledge, and excellent communication to translate complex PLM topics for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PLM experience with strong Teamcenter techno-functional expertise.
• Hands-on configuration experience with BMIDE, workflows, Active Workspace, queries, and access controls.
• Strong knowledge of engineering product development processes (part/revision management, EBOM, engineering change management).
• Experience in CAD data management and integration with enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex PLM topics in business language.
• Ability to work in high-visibility global programs with multiple stakeholders.

• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and configuration artifacts.
• Configuration: Implement Teamcenter modules including EBOM, product structures, workflows, approvals, and change management.

• Testing & Validation: Conduct system validation, user acceptance testing, and ensure compliance with business standards.
• Training & Adoption: Deliver demos, documentation, and workshops to enable effective user adoption.

Role Overview

The Teamcenter Techno-Functional Consultant will act as a bridge between engineering business processes and Teamcenter PLM solution delivery. This role involves gathering requirements, designing processes, configuring Teamcenter, and ensuring smooth adoption across engineering and IT stakeholders.
