Job summary

InvestM Technology LLC seeks a Teamcenter Functional Consultant (QMS) to define end-to-end Teamcenter architecture for Quality Management modules, including FMEA, Control Plans, and Inspection Management. You will gather requirements from quality, manufacturing, and engineering stakeholders and map existing processes to TCQM capabilities.

Responsibilities include configuring TCQM modules, BMIDE/ITK-based customization, and validating a compliant, auditable QMS workflow suite through SIT/UAT

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience with Teamcenter QMS in a manufacturing/medical device context.
• Experience mapping quality processes (FMEA, Control Plans, Inspection, NCR) to Teamcenter QMS capabilities.
• Ability to prepare BRDs and FSDs and create process flow diagrams.
• Gap analysis between standard TCQM and client-specific requirements.

Title: Teamcenter Functional Consultant ( QMS)

Visa: USC/GC only no visa sponsorship

Duration: 12+ months

Define end-to-end Teamcenter architecture for Quality Management modules including Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), Control Plans, and Inspection Management.

Engage with quality, manufacturing, and engineering stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for QMS workflows.

Analyze existing quality processes (FMEA, Control Plans, Inspection, NCR) and map them to Teamcenter QMS capabilities.

Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and process flow diagrams.

Conduct gap analysis between standard TCQM functionality and client-specific quality process requirements.

Configure & Deploy TCQM Modules

• Quality Planning (Control Plans, MSA, SPC)
• Non-Conformance Management (NCR / 8D)
• Quality Issue Managment and problem solving ( CAPA)
• FMEA (Design & Process FMEA AIAG / VDA aligned)
• Inspection Plans and Results Management
• Supplier Quality Management
• Configure and customize Teamcenter Quality workflows using Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE) and ITK.
• Establish quality gates, audit trails, and electronic signatures compliant with industry standards (Preferably Medical Device Tech Industries).

Set up Teamcenter workflows, lifecycle policies, and access manager rules for quality processes.

Configure notifications, escalation rules, and audit trail settings within TCQM modules.

Support and configure Active Workspace Client (AWC) for quality end-users.

Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts for QMS modules.

Perform functional validation of configured workflows against business requirements and regulatory standards.

Document test results, defects, and resolutions in coordination with development and project teams.

Ensure compliance with quality standards (Preferrable Medical Device Technology standards)
