Job summary

Confiar Services seeks an experienced Teamcenter X Functional Consultant to support the implementation and rollout of Teamcenter X for medical device product development and quality processes.

The consultant will work with business, engineering, quality, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable PLM solutions, ensuring regulatory alignment and process efficiency across multiple centers in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Teamcenter X consulting or similar PLM implementations.
• Experience delivering or supporting medical device development and quality processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant PLM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AS-IS/TO-BE processes and conduct fit-gap analyses.
• Support Teamcenter X modules: Part, BOM, Document, Change, Workflow, Classification, Requirements Management.
• Define business rules, workflows, lifecycle states, numbering and release processes.
• Support DHF, DMR, Document Control, and Design Control processes.
• Collaborate on SAP, MES, ALM, QMS, MCAD, and ECAD integrations.
• Assist with UAT, defect management, training, and user adoption.
• Create functional specs, process docs, and user guides.
• Ensure alignment with medical device regulations and industry best practices.
