Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Teamcenter Developer to help build and scale a Teamcenter PLM environment hosted on AWS for a next-generation space and satellite company. In this role, you will work hands-on with Teamcenter development, ITK customization, BMIDE/data model enhancements, workflows, and integrations, delivering scalable solutions for complex engineering and product lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 5 years of recent and relevant work experience with PLM/PDM software (Teamcenter, NX, ERP).
• 5 years with the backend (MCAD library/design database, server infrastructure).
• 5 years Enterprise Tool administration experience, debugging and solving client and server-side issues.
• 3 years of developing and documenting engineering processes related to PDM/PLM/CAD tools and engineering activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Teamcenter solutions using ITK, BMIDE, and client/server-side customization to support engineering and PLM requirements.
• Design and implement Teamcenter data model changes, workflows, and process automation for complex product lifecycle processes.
• Develop and support Teamcenter applications hosted on AWS, leveraging cloud technologies and AWS APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations with CAD/ECAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable PLM solutions.

Your role:

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $53,580 to $122,400

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
