Job summary

Hudson Manpower in the United States is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Architect to lead technical teams, engage with customers, and architect, customize, integrate, and troubleshoot Teamcenter PLM solutions.

You will act as Technical Lead, mentor staff, and interact with customers to translate requirements into Teamcenter-based designs, guiding installation, configuration, and integration with downstream systems, while ensuring quality through documentation and testing.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall experience in PLM and Teamcenter.
• Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM architecture, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of Java development and system integration.
• Excellent communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work onsite or hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Lead to mentor, guide, and manage the team.
• Interact with customers to understand requirements and propose Teamcenter solutions.
• Architect and lead implementation of Teamcenter solutions and modules.
• Design and lead development activities and release processes.
• Assess and enable integration with downstream systems.
• Guide installation and configuration of Teamcenter.
• Lead customization, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Lead code configuration and version control activities.
• Guide unit testing and validation.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrate communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
