Job summary

Hudson Manpower is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Architect to lead technical teams, engage with customers, and architect, customize, integrate, and troubleshoot Teamcenter PLM solutions. You will act as Technical Lead, mentor the team, and interact with customers to gather requirements and propose Teamcenter-based solutions, guiding installation, configuration, and integration.

This onsite/hybrid role is based in Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA with strong Java and Teamcenter skills and a focus

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM.
• Strong Java expertise.
• Experience with Teamcenter installation, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Teamcenter integration with downstream systems.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite/hybrid in Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Lead to mentor, guide, and manage the team.
• Interact with customers to understand requirements and propose Teamcenter-based solutions.
• Architect and lead implementation of Teamcenter solutions and modules.
• Design and lead development activities and release processes.
• Assess and enable integration of upgraded Teamcenter systems with downstream systems.
• Guide the team through Teamcenter installation and configuration.
• Lead Teamcenter customization, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation according to standards.
• Lead and manage code configuration and version control activities.
• Guide the team in unit testing and implementation validation.
• Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage changing priorities, tight deadlines, and demanding customer environments.
• Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
