Job Summary

As a Lead Product Consultant you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product lifecycle management initiatives. With a focus on Teamcenter you will leverage your extensive experience to optimize processes and deliver innovative solutions. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Teamcenter solutions to enhance product lifecycle management processes.
• Oversee the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Teamcenter configurations.
• Provide expert guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive innovation in product lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Teamcenter configurations processes and best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems to support end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Teamcenter solutions implementing enhancements as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in product lifecycle management and Teamcenter technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and security within Teamcenter environments.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and standards in product lifecycle management across the organization.
• Support the development of strategic roadmaps for product lifecycle management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of Teamcenter and its application in product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale Teamcenter projects.
• Show a strong commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry developments.
• Experience in product lifecycle management domain is highly desirable.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140K - $165K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
