Job Summary

The Enterprise Solution Architect plays a key role in our sales team, engaging clients to develop infrastructure solutions aligned with their technical and business requirements. They collaborate with various teams to present solutions, develop designs, and support market positioning and product development.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the FNTS team to develop infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements.
2. Assist the sales team with solution pricing.
3. Lead improvements in current products and develop new offerings.
4. Work with sales and leadership to strategize for key accounts.
5. Identify and maintain relationships with key contacts within client organizations.
6. Become a subject matter expert on FNTS products and solutions.
7. Create compelling and accurate solution proposals.
8. Complete necessary sales certifications and accreditations.

Candidate Profile

• College degree (Associate’s or higher).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucid Charts, and CRM systems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• At least three years of experience in architecture or sales engineering.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of mainframe architecture, cloud, IaaS, PaaS, and network design.
• Ability to lead meetings and present solutions.
• Experience with Managed Services, Cloud, Mainframe, and IBM Power Systems.

Additional Preferences

• Five or more years in a technical infrastructure role.
• IBM Mainframe and Power Systems experience.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $105,443 - $179,253, with specific starting pay depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, HSA, tuition assistance, and disability insurance. More info at FNBO Benefits.
