Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a Teamcenter Support Specialist based in Wichita, Kansas. The role requires providing L2 and L3 support for Teamcenter users, troubleshooting application and workflow issues, and enabling effective change management.

A successful candidate will handle incident resolution and understand ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. The role involves coordinating with Siemens for technical assistance and ensuring all changes adhere to the approved control processes.

Qualifications

• L2/L3 support for Teamcenter users.
• Troubleshooting of application, data, and workflow issues.
• Support upgrades, patches, hotfixes, releases.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support: user admin (roles/groups), incident resolution.
• Coordinate with Siemens GTAC for IRs/PRs.
• Ensure all changes follow approved change control process.

Unix/Linux and Windows environments

• Regression and UAT testing
• Data migration and validation support

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support: user admin (roles/groups), incident resolution, escalation handling
• Coordinate with Siemens GTAC for IRs/PRs
• Ensure all changes follow approved change control process
• Provide L3 support: complex issue resolution and RCA
• Plan and execute releases, patches, and maintenance activities
• Support deployment and production fixes
