Pine Rest is seeking a Team Support Staff to provide administrative support, greet visitors, and manage monthly calendars with a focus on accuracy in records and data entry. As a Team Support Staff at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. According to general directives and established departmental policies and procedures, you perform administrative support duties including but not limited to typing correspondence, maintaining department records, distributing mail, and scheduling. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Education/Experience: A minimum of one year of related work experience in order to direct workflow and to effectively prioritise workload preferred. Position requires completion of a high-school (or equivalent) diploma.
The equivalent base pay range for this position is $15.57 - $21.79. Your interview and offer letter will specify whether the role is hourly or salaried. Please note that this range does not include potential shift differentials, incentives, or bonuses, which may be part of the total compensation package. Final base pay will be determined based on location, experience, education, certifications, and FTE status.
