Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing teams in a complex, high‑expectation environment.
• California litigation experience/knowledge required.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
• Excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop professional support staff, with emphasis on performance management and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operational execution for assigned teams with staffing and prioritization.
• Lead change management initiatives, translating firm initiatives into actionable team expectations.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics related to service delivery and team health.
• Act as escalation point for service issues and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
