Job summary

You’ll partner with attorneys and operations leaders, help modernize legal support at scale, draft and organize materials, and coordinate schedules, travel, and meetings across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant in a law firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365; ability to quickly master new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and litigation support to a busy team of trial attorneys.
• Manage calendars, travel, and deadlines across multiple time zones.
• Draft, proofread, format, and edit legal correspondence, pleadings, motions, and filings.
• Coordinate with Billing, IT, HR, and other firm departments as needed.
• Support digital fluency initiatives and training for attorneys and peers.
• Participate in project management, process improvement, and team collaboration.
