Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor to lead on-shift operations and ensure smooth execution of daily store activities. You will supervise associates, resolve issues, and drive a memorable customer experience while adhering to store policies and safety guidelines.

As the senior leader on site, you will coordinate with teams, manage inventory and cash handling, and support both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is $19.25 - $26.00 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location.

Associates in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
