Job summary

Wawa, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Team Supervisor to lead a shift, keep operations on track, and deliver memorable customer experiences. You’ll drive execution, make key decisions, and support a productive team of associates on busy food and beverage service days.

This role offers an hourly wage range and a $2.00 shift differential for late hours, with potential for a 4-day work week and access to comprehensive benefits.

Associates in this position have an exciting opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, providing more time to balance what matters outside of work.

The hourly range for this position is $20.50 - $27.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location.

Associates in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
