You’ll learn the business surrounded by experienced financial advisors and other experts, building your career with the potential to become a partner in the practice. In this position, you’ll have some income stability and the ability to focus on learning and development while serving clients with mentorship through joint field work.

After licensing and training, you’ll start building your book of business with the ultimate goal of joining the sponsoring team in the traditional financial advisor role. Typical activities include:
Compensation is $40‑$60,000 combination base revenue package plus upside potential through commission. Compensation varies significantly based on the strategy of the practice, the compensation philosophy of the practice, the specific qualifications and experience of the individual, the location of the practice and many other factors.
