Job summary

Northwest Pinnacle Group, an independent Thrivent practice in Fayetteville, AR, seeks a team-oriented financial advisor. You’ll learn under experienced advisors, supporting clients with mentorship and field joint work while licensing for life, health, annuity, and securities as needed.

After licensing you’ll build your book of business toward joining the sponsor in the advisor role, meeting clients, educating on investments and retirement, and expanding your local network for growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
  • Over your first 8 to 13 weeks, study for and obtain necessary licenses (varies by situation).
  • Licensing may include Life, Health and Annuity, SIE, Series 6/63, 7/66 or 7/63/65.

  • Meet with potential clients to build genuine, long-term relationships based on shared values and goals.
  • Educate and empower clients to make knowledgeable financial decisions about investments, insurance, retirement and generosity.

Make an impact working as part of a team providing financial advice with heart. In this position, you’ll have some income stability and the ability to focus on learning and development while serving clients with mentorship through joint field work.

Licensing and Training

Over your first 8 to 13 weeks, you’ll study for and obtain necessary licenses (varies by individual situation), which may include:

  • Resident state Life, Health and Annuity
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
  • Series 6 and 63, 7 and 66, or 7, 63 and 65.

After completing licensing, you may enroll in a comprehensive 6-week training program.

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

You’ll have income stability through splits, individual and team sales commissions and incentive pay structures. Compensation is $60,000-$100,000 (combination base revenue package plus upside potential through commission). Compensation varies significantly based on the strategy of the practice, the compensation philosophy of the practice, the specific qualifications and experience of the individual, the location of the practice and many other factors.
