Team Sales Leads receive ongoing coaching and development opportunities designed to prepare you for Store Manager and other leadership roles. Responsibilities include staffing: shift management, leading others; customer service: ensures customer remains the top priority; delivery results: inventory control, selling strategies; merchandising: meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and execution. Skills and knowledge required: ability to lead others, able to communicate with others in a clear and confident manner, detail oriented, enthusiastic attitude, functional skills required to make basic use of digital devices and online applications, growth mindset, outgoing. Qualifications: must be at least 18 years of age; 1-2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred. Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week, open availability to include daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, featured local sports events. Seeking a long-term position, aiming to advance in store leadership and expand their career within store operations. Physical requirements include standing and walking; talking or hearing, both in person and by telephone; using hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reaching with hands and arms; differentiating colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
