Apply today and be part of our growth! Team Sales Leads at Rally House are the leader of others and can be counted on to deliver results consistently. Team Sales Leads help in setting the company’s selling standards and providing coaching and direction to Sales Associates. They are in charge of keeping the sales floor presentable and delegating daily projects, as well as being focused, nurturing, and have the ability to train others. TSLs also assist the Store Managers and Assistant Managers in Operations (i.e. returns, defects, transfers, action memos, direct all activities required to achieve store goals, including sales objectives, customer service, mentoring and retention of sales staff, loss prevention, and merchandising). Enthusiastic attitude is key! Responsibilities include staffing: shift management, leading others; customer service: ensures customer remains the top priority; delivery results: inventory control, selling strategies; merchandising: meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and execution. Skills and knowledge required: ability to lead others, clear and confident communication, detail oriented, enthusiastic attitude, functional skills for basic use of digital devices and online applications, growth mindset, outgoing. Qualifications: must be 18 years of age; 1-2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred. Physical requirements include standing and walking; talking or hearing, both in person and by telephone; using hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reaching with hands and arms; differentiating colors; regularly stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching and lifting up to 50 pounds.
