A rapidly expanding company seeks motivated customer service associates for a commission-only position focused on selling life insurance. You will help families while undergoing comprehensive training and have opportunities to grow your own agency. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are crucial.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated individuals to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. We have a high volume of requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This position is commission-only! The commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could see payment within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a 2-tier bonus structure. Associates are earning around $600 for just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies efficiently. You will receive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! Interested in growing your own agency? We can assist you in achieving that within months!
