Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver excellent customer service, process payments, and assist in food preparation at our travel plazas. You will help stock and maintain clean workspaces and ensure food safety and brand standards are followed.

The role requires standing for long periods, occasional heavy lifting, and working a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and maintain cleanliness and stocking.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Follow brand standards and safety procedures.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
