Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an energetic Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, operate at the Welcome, Wash, and Convenience stations, and help keep the site running smoothly.

The work is physical and fast-paced, outdoors in all weather, with a tight-knit crew. You’ll learn processes, perform duties, and deliver a positive guest experience every day.

No prior experience is required. A 60‑day structured certification program sets you up from day one.

Responsibilities

• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Wash station duties: follow safety procedures and keep area clean.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team and management on operational issues.
• Engage at the Convenience Station to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes.
• Maintain general site upkeep and inventory accuracy.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain a clean environment.

At Whistle Express, the Associate role is where it all starts - and for a lot of our site managers, it’s exactly where they started, too. This is a hands‑on, fast‑moving position on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You’ll guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running at full speed, and be the reason someone’s day gets a little better.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome Station and Sales Performance

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.

Wash Station Service

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.

Convenience Station

• Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX).
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.

General Duties

• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards at all times.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.
