Job summary

Whistle Express is hiring an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience and keep the site running at full speed. This hands-on role offers physical work on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station, with a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You’ll start with a 60-day certification program, learn safety and operational procedures, and contribute to member sign-ups, account management, and daily site upkeep. No prior experience is required, and energy and ownership are valued.

Qualifications

• No experience required; 60-day structured certification program starts day one.
• Must be physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to own tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at Welcome Station with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Support sales and membership growth with consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow pricing and discounts per company policies.
• Wash station: maintain a safe, clean area; assist with vehicle prep; operate wash equipment safely.
• Communicate operational issues to teammates and management.
• Convenience station: engage customers, manage member accounts, stock/detail centers, and maintain a clean environment.
• Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup and maintenance tasks.
• Open/close duties; keep tunnel clean; prepare towels and materials.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving position on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You’ll guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running at full speed, and be the reason someone’s day gets a little better.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome Station and Sales Performance

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.

Wash Station Service

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.

Convenience Station

• Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX).
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.

General Duties

• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards at all times.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.
