Job summary

Green Heffa Farms in Liberty, NC is seeking 1–2 hands to support planting, weeding, harvesting, and general farm maintenance. You’ll work hands-on on our organic, regenerative operation and help with basic equipment as needed.

We value a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in all kinds of weather. The role is physical, with lifting up to 50 lbs and long periods of standing; compensation ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the team.

About The Farm

Green Heffa Farms is a 15-acre organic and regenerative herb farm located in Liberty, NC, growing over two dozen species of medicinal plants and herbs used in our herbal teas and wellness products. We're a certified B Corp committed to organic, regenerative farming — growing without pesticides, herbicides, or insecticides, in low-till soils. We're looking for reliable help to join our small, close-knit farm team.

Job Description

Seeking 1-2 new team members to help with a mix of everything — planting, weeding, harvesting, general farm maintenance, and helping with equipment as needed. No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who's hands-on and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
