Pay

Team Members: $13–18 per hour (base + tips). Shift Leads: $15–20 per hour (base + tips). Tips are paid out. Real opportunity to grow.

Team Member Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and a genuine smile
• Take accurate orders (in‑store and drive‑thru when applicable)
• Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads to recipe standards
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
• Follow food safety standards
• Work as part of a fast‑moving, supportive team

Team Member Qualifications

• 16+ years old
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• Dependable and ready to learn

Shift Lead Responsibilities

• Lead by example and motivate team members
• Ensure excellent guest service each shift
• Help manage workflow during busy periods
• Support training and development of new hires
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with cash handling and other shift responsibilities

Shift Lead Qualifications

• Leadership mindset
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and professional under pressure
