Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Harrisburg is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our fast-paced team. You will provide great customer service, help prepare sandwiches, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area as part of a supportive crew.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to every guest.
• Take orders accurately at the register or drive-thru (where applicable)
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and menu items according to Capriottis recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders to ensure efficient service
• Complete required training programs and develop new skills
• Help create a positive, high-energy team environment
