You enjoy people and providing friendly, accurate service to customers as well as your teammates and managers. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-thru.
  2. Taking and ringing up orders.
  3. Handling payment and thanking customers.
  4. Preparing and storing food ingredients.
  5. Assembling food and beverage orders.
  6. Checking to make sure orders are correct.
  7. Packaging products.
  8. Maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment.

Team Member behaviors include:

  • Being friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers.
  • Meeting customer needs and taking steps to solve food or service issues.
  • Working well with teammates and accepting coaching from the management team.
