Job summary

America's Thrift Stores in Florence, AL is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member to greet customers, operate the register when needed, and keep the sales floor clean and inviting. You’ll share information about our charity partners and our mission, help customers with questions, and lift up to 15 lbs as part of daily duties.

Starting at 16, you’ll join a diverse team that values teamwork, community service, and great attitude. Flexible part-time hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing retail role is preferred.
• Able to greet and assist customers and answer questions.
• Comfortable operating a cash register.
• Willingness to lift up to 15 lbs and help maintain store cleanliness.
