Job summary

America's Thrift Stores in Dothan, AL is seeking a part-time Processing Team Member to sort donated items, identify great finds, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.

You will help recycle items, keep the shop tidy, load/unload carts, and collaborate with a diverse team to serve donors and customers while supporting our environmental mission and community impact. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

What Does a Processing Team Member Do Anyway?

• Sort donated items and identify great finds
• Help identify recyclable items. Even if we can't sell it, we keep it out of the landfill
• Get those great finds sales floor ready
• Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently
