POSITION SUMMARY

Operate assembly line equipment in a high-volume production environment, such; sonic welders, torque guns, lift assist, and other manufacturing tools. Perform visual quality checks and adhere to the company’s Manufacturing Operating System.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work any shift and overtime as required.
• Participate in and attend daily shift and department meetings as required.
• Must be able to rotate through all tasks in the assembly process and contribute to team effort in order to complete production.
• Adhere to housekeeping and visual management standards (5S).
• Adhere to health and safety requirements and procedures.
• Assemble parts and assemblies to complete finished product within the allotted timeframe.
• Adhere to standardized work instructions and quality requirements.
• Adhere to quality and production standards.
• Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements i.e. continuous improvements.
• Report production issues and assist in resolution as required.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or department manager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift parts from 10-35 lbs.

• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
