The Production Team Member is responsible for producing high quality dough within PJ Food Service specifications, maintaining all equipment in a highly sanitized environment, and ensuring all dough is handled properly.

Pay up to $20/hr

What's On The Menu

• Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards.
• Ensure all dough trays are properly dated, stacked, and rotated, maintaining proper cooling temperatures.
• Maintain and document Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards on cleanliness and sanitation to prevent contamination.
• Pre-soak dough trays and process through tray washer.
• Perform lock out/tag out of all dough production equipment prior to cleaning/sanitizing.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dough processing equipment and production room after use.
• Document and sign off on processes like sanitation, rejection procedures, dough weight, etc.
• Adhere to safety practices, including wearing proper safety equipment and uniforms.
• Perform general housekeeping for the Quality Control Center as needed.
• Operate floor maintenance equipment for cleaning carpets and floors.
• Use cleaning chemicals and PPE safely and properly.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Sanitation, HACCP policies, and regulations (OSHA, FDA, DOL), along with company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Critical Ingredients

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
• Food handling certification is a plus.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Basic math and mechanical skills are preferred.
