Job description

NVR, the parent company of Ryan Homes, is looking for motivated individuals to join our Delanco NJ Plant. If you are reliable, have a record of strong attendance, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude, you will be a great fit for our team! In this role, you will be responsible for direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in our warehouse-style manufacturing facilities. Our roles require a high focus on flexibility, quality, safety, and productivity. All training is provided; no experience is necessary!

Position Details

• Hiring immediately
• 2nd Shift work hours are 3:30pm - 2:00am (Monday-Thursday)
• Pay rate starts at $23.95, increasing based on experience. Differential for 2nd Shift included.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, and/or construction environments is strongly preferred.
• Consideration will be given to candidates with related experience in technical training or certification programs.
• Higher starting wages are possible for those with framing, millwork, trim, and related construction experience and skills.
• Experience working as part of a team to achieve productivity goals.
• Proven reliability demonstrated by excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work inside or outside (as required) in a safety-focused environment.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.
• Experience with hand tools, nail & staple guns, and reading a tape measure is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
