Steak ’n Shake is seeking a Team Member – Porter & Maintenance to help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment and support store operations. This role emphasizes hospitality, energetic teamwork, and maintaining the quality and cleanliness that define our brand.

You will be responsible for both exterior and interior cleaning, light maintenance, and upholding the franchise values while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must show up consistently and reliably for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean outside areas including parking lot and trash areas.
• General cleaning inside the restaurant.
• Minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Upkeep of equipment and facilities.
• Represent Steak ’n Shake values and guest-first service ethos.
• Stand and work on your feet for several hours per shift.
