Popeyes is hiring Team Members in Phoenix, AZ to deliver great guest service, prepare delicious food, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, handle the register, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
