Job summary

Popeyes in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to deliver great guest service, assist with food preparation, and help create a fun, fast-paced dining experience for our guests and coworkers.

As a Team Member you will greet guests with a smile, take accurate orders, operate the cash register, prepare signature items, ensure freshness and presentation, keep the dining and back-of-house areas clean, and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome

• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently

• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards

• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior

• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals

• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
