Job summary

Popeyes in Cincinnati is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly guest service, help with food preparation, and maintain a clean, fast-paced restaurant environment.

As a Team Member, you'll greet guests, take orders, prepare items according to brand standards, assist with deliveries and inventory, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals. No prior experience required—training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items and stand for extended periods.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome

What We're Looking For

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
