Job summary

Popeyes in San Marcos, TX is hiring Team Members to deliver great guest service, help prepare delicious Popeyes items, and keep the dining area welcoming and clean.

You will greet guests, take orders, operate the cash register, assist with deliveries and inventory, and work with a positive team to meet daily goals.

No prior experience required; training provided. This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide training!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.

• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

What You'll Do
